Mold can be spotted in the cleanest home also. Mold is a kind of fungus whose spores are present in the air all the time, in fact millions of them. When conditions are quite right for these spores, they attach an accommodating surface and rapidly build their colony. These colonies are known as mold. Mold can be of any color like brown, blue, green, black, white, orange or red. A stale smell in the house is a signal that mold colony is present there.

Mold can be found on or under surfaces like floors, walls, attics, ductwork, gutters and ceiling. To prevent future mold infections, reduce the moisture level at your home.
